General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There is maximum doses going on right now for the thyroid hormone replacement.
* The secondary upper respiratory tract infection can follow via an impaired immune system from multimodality approach.
* The presence of circulating antibodies in the blood will help to understand the issue better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
