Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I have underactive thyroids and hashimotos, my thyroid has shrunk that much they could hardly see it on the ultrasound. I also have half emty cella. I wasn on thyroxine then tertroxin now back on thyroxin. my body seems to reject the medication after a period of time I need help

Hi,Thanks for consulting at HCM.
Your shrunken thyroid with empty sella may be due to secondary hypothyroidism due to pituitary problem in addition to hashimoto,an autoimmune disease .We need to know more about symptoms of pituitary dysfunction like fatigue,weight,hairloss,sex desire and frequency,fertility,nipple discharge etc.For this you are requested to personally visit an endocrinologist.
