Suggest Treatment For Hyponatremia, High BP, CKD And Hepatitis-C

Hello doctor, at present my mother in law is in ICU.she has been traced with hyponetramia, high blood pressure,CKD. and hepetitis c.Her cretenine level went up to 5.6,So she was given dialysis for 2 hours. So again she will be given dialysis today.Can u suggest me ?? Is there any risk??
