hello sir iam 49 yrs old my report of heart is as follows:

RVID:15
IVS(d/s): 20 m
LVPWT(d/s):16 m
AORTIC ROOT: 32
LA 40
LVEF :68 %
VALVULAR FUNCTION
MITRAL: SAM + velocity grade III
Tricspid :normal
Pulmonary: LUOT A-> 50 mm...

LA/LV Clot: 40 cm 50m .....Hypertroptic obstructive cardiomayopathy

what type of operation it is?
kindly advice wheather operation is required immediately or it can be posponed for few months,as I am on treaement with dilzem 90 SR,Betaloc 50 mg BD, onRx since 10 yrs
