Suggest Treatment For Hyperpigmentation

hi,my self praveen ,had hyper pigmented skin 5 years back n used A ret hc cream and momate cream to get rid of it..n it got cured that time..and its been almost 3 years have not used any cream n m again having black patches on face and forhead .could u pls advise me on this and preacuatin

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description it seems you have melasma.
In cases of melasma sun protection is mandatory as it helps in recurrence of melisma and further darkening of lesions. Right now I would advise that you use a sunscreen with SPF atleast 30 in morning and hydroqinone, tretinioin and steroid combination cream in night like lumacip or clearz max cream. Onc pigmentation clears, continue sunscreen and use a milder cream to maintain achieved result like kojic acid vitamin c based cream.
