Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an 11 yr old. She started out with a bad cough....took her to the doctor she tested positive for influenza a but lungs were clear. Ran temps of 101.8 with Tylenol. She started feeling better and had now broken out in hives..rash with no fever. Benadryl seems to help.....it only itches on leg. No new foods or anything else.
So long as she doesn't start having difficulty swallowing or starts wheezing she should be fine in a day or two. You may never be able to solve the mystery of what the trigger for this was
