Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Pain In The Hips

My dad is 87 years old and for the last couple of days he has complained that he has no energy and had the chills this morning. Says he does not have a fever. Doesn t feel like eating. He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure over a year ago and is on oxygen when he feels short of breath. He also complained that his hip is hurting.
