Suggest Treatment For High Fever And High SGPT Levels

Hello doctor,my mother(56 yrs) had high fever around 102-102 degrees 2-3 days back....had done a blood test for malaria and typhoid (came negative ) but the haematology report shows in early stages of clinical malaria due to parasitaemia...malarial parasites may not be seen in peripheral blood smear . Her SGPT and SGOT levels are also a bit high. She is on antibiotic cefixime. The fever is low but recurrent but low and she s sometimes having little burning sensation in palms and soles...please advise
