Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m taking Olanzapine and just started at the beginning of July. My blood sugar is so high that I ve gotten two results today that just say high on my glucometer. My mom keeps asking me about a rash on my legs but I can t see it because it s on the back. I m nauseated all the time when I eat, my balance is crap, I m CONSTANTLY weak and tired. Could this be related?
Diabetes may cause skin rashes and also may make you feel weak and tired. It is important to have it treated and under control. You will need to see your doctor, have a thorough check (thorough physical examination and blood and urine tests) and after that, the doctor will decide which medications should be used in your case.

Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels
Hello, Diabetes may cause skin rashes and also may make you feel weak and tired. It is important to have it treated and under control. You will need to see your doctor, have a thorough check (thorough physical examination and blood and urine tests) and after that, the doctor will decide which medications should be used in your case. Most of the time they start with metformin as it is the first line of antidiabetic medications. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
