Hello,

Changing from glycomet 1 gr to glycomet 850 may result in higher levels of sugar so it might not be the best approach.
If you are using only one tablet a day, it may be needed to jump to two tablets of glycomet 1 gr a day, one in the morning and one in the evening to help achieve better control of blood sugar.

On the other hand, every change of medication dose needs to be done in cooperation of your doctor so please let your doctor know of the issues you are encountering and if you may take two tablets of glycomet a day.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
