Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

Hi, Doctor Rynne! My mom has a high blood pressure today- started 145/98 . now 160/98. She is taking medicine every morning for years and it keeps it 130/80. But Today It went up. Is there something we can do with it? She Had the medicine before to take when it is 160 and Up, but not anymore. Only one my father is Taking in case it is 180 and up. Any advice, please? my mom is 82.

Depending on what your mother is taking now further medication is needed
She should take ace inhibitors and beta blockers
