Recent hot weather has consistently lowered my blood pressure to between 108/65 to 100/67, so have not taken any blood pressure medication. If I engage in physical activity on a hot day I will get very giddy and sometimes I have fainted. In cold weather I take 5mg Ramipril 3 times a day to control my high pressure. What can I do in summer to stop my blood pressure from lowering that causes me tom become giddy?
