Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Pancreatitis

My A1C is always high. I am 70, diabetic since 2000. Never had it under control under Dr supervision. Readings now range between 128 to 160 daily. I take Levemir 45 unit injection nightly. Dr has prescribed Januvia 25 mg and just added starting Monday GlipZIDE 25 mg. I have high blood pressure which is in check and IBS. My labs keep indicating that I am dehydrated but I drink 8 to 10 / 8 oz glasses of water daily. Is taking Januvia and GlipZIDE together safe. I am concerned about developing pancreatitis.
