Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Neck Pain Radiating To Elbow

Hello I want to start by saying that, about a month ago I was at work and felt like fainting and my heart was coming out of my chest. I was taken in ambulance to ER. After some tests and a 3day stay as the hospital drs said I had AFIB.About a week ago I spent 2 days with a horrible pain pai my right shoulder, it then went away. I started with a headache at about 4pm yesterday. It went say after I took 2 Exedrin, but now I can t get rid of a pain that takes the left side from my neck down to my left elbow. I checked my BP and was (about 15minutes ago) 157/104 pulse 97. Is needless to say I m very scared. Please, help me. What should Ido? Tks, Mrs. Garcia BTW, Im taking Rx for HBP and Fibromyalgia.

Hello Mrs.Gracia,
I have gone through case detail.
You have fibromyelgia responsible for pain in shoulder.you do have hypertension and afib. ,for which you are already taking treatment.
In your case it is unbearable pain which is responsible for shooting up of blood pressure and pulse.Therefore control of pain should be your first priority .I suggest you to take Tab.Ultracet one tab twice a day till your pain is relieved .you may also add Tab.Libotryp 25 mg at bed time.
If your BP medicine does not include Beta blocker,it should be added to stabilise your BP and pulse.
