Suggest Treatment For High BP And Diabetes
I have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. All night I was suffering major head spins this even woke me. This morning I woke up, sat up my head was spinning crazy this took me a very long time to settle BUT I couldn t walk straight. I had taken my blood pressure and this was high the reading was 154/106 pulse 86 that after sleep. I am still feeling sick, sweating, head spins. Even after taking my meds.

From the available description, there is good possibility that your headaches and head spins are related to high blood pressure.
Since the Blood pressure is still not under control you need to see your physician as soon as possible.
I do not think somebody online can help you when there is an urgent problem as any prescription requires a physical examination of a patient.
