Suggest Treatment For High BP And Arthritis

Hi, My grandmother has Alzheimer s, Arthritis and issues with blood pressure. This morning my mother and I found her on the floor next to her bed. We think that she may have fallen out of bed while sleeping, but we do not know how long she may have been on the floor for. After we helped her get up she started shaking, sometimes violently, she also decided not to eat much and is sleeping. What is the reason for this and what should I do?
