Suggest Treatment For High BP Along With Elevated Liver Enzymes

I have a family history of heart disease on my Father s side. One day when I was 20. I was in an elevator. Then I felt this sharp pain in my chest, near the top center. On the right side of my left breast. It felt like an electric shock. It brought me too the floor for 20 seconds. Since then I have had a hard time breathing. I have to yawn a lot. But, when I try to yawn I can not catch a full breath. And When I do there is so much pressure in my chest area. When I finally get to sleep at night. I get woken up catching breath. With my head feeling like it went numb. I am 25 now and it has gotten worst. I do not smoke, casual drinker with some heavy drinking nights. I do not take medication or drugs. I do not have any diseases from my check ups. My blood work came back with high blood pressure and my liver with higher numbers than I should but nothing serious. I have went to a medical center and they ran no test, turned me down because I was to young to have heart problems. But. It is getting unbearable now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Good day and thanks for your question. You are not too young to have a heart problem please. The use of alcohol, high blood pressure, raised liver enzymes, chest pain and family history are very strong risk factors of having a heart disease. Please kindly see a Cardiologist for a full physical examination and a workup. Tests would include a Chest X-ray, ECG, lipid profile, blood sugar, liver enzymes.
Hope it helps. Thank you.
