Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia

Good Afternoon, My name is Jamie and I have a hiatal hernia. I look like I am 6 months pregnant. I was told that because I had bowel blockage surgery, twice while at the hospital (because all of the dead intestine was not removed during the emergency surgery), I have too much scar tissue to have my stomach pushed back down where is belongs and the sphincter muscle tightened (I did some homework) It there any way the scar tissue can be removed and then the procedure could be done?
