I have a herniated disc in the lower lumbar spine and also in the S discs. I do have degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, rheumatoid arthritis. My pain goes from the disc into my leafy hip. I am now limping. The Percocet and Baclofen help some, but I can t walk long, lift or bend over very well. I do not want back surgery where they cut the discs out and replace them with plates and screws. What would you think is a good idea.
