hi sir i am 23 years old and i am suffering from piles from last 2years,i am taking ayurwedic medicines for piles ,but now i cant bear the pain there is one piles in my anus and i think it's feels pulpi and looks yellow and red wat the perfect treatment for piles plz sugest me

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone.
- Use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
