Suggest Treatment For Hematoma
What is best for a big hematoma on the stomach? (this is for a friend) I recommended castor oil pack but not heat (she has been using some ice pack, etc,) It formed from blood thinner shots. My friend has a lot of autoimmune issues and is in her 60 s. thanks!

please just do ice packs and nothing else.
the haematoma shall resolve on its in time. as your friend already has some immunity issues so it's better not to use much medications for the Haematoma.
in case the haematoma is not causing any symptoms so we just have to leave it alone.
