Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On The Cheek Bone.
Should a person see a doctor if they have a large (1 1/2 round by 3/4 high) hematoma on the cheek bone caused by a fall? What can be done for it? Will it dissipate by itself? If so, how long should it take? What kind of doctor should this person see?

Hematoma is nothing but a collection of blood.
Generally, it will settle by itself in three to four days.
As of now, you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief and faster recovery.
If swelling persists, you can consult a dental surgeon and evaluated.
