Hello,

The blood filled lesion that you are having on a lower lip is probably hematoma and not hemangioma.

Since the etiology is trauma, thus, the hematoma is likely. Avoiding trauma to the lesion will allow the hematoma to reabsorb and hence diminish.

The size of the hematoma is also important. A small hematoma will reabsorb spontaneously, however, a larger one will take some time to disappear. There is no ayurvedic treatment for hematoma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
