General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query.

based on the symptoms, it sounds like you may have dysmennorhea or fibroids. These can cause increased bleeding, pain, and painful contractions. They can also change the color of the blood and the discharge.

Usually, they are diagnosed with a gynecologic exam and with checking if there is any infection. Seeing your Gynecologist and getting an Ultrasound along with a Uterine exam would be useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
