Suggest Treatment For Heartburn And Cough After Taking Stool Softeners
I take 1 - 2 stool softers a day 1-2 probioticsa day2-4 coconut oil a day still have trouble going to bathroom . maybe 5-6 time this month but very little when I go. I have heart burn coughing some pain in stomach . heart burn starts in afternoon even if I m up walking around. also nightfor the past 3 days

every thing is ok but role of coconut oil is not under stood. take fiber rich food drink more water take bland diet avoid fast food. take fresh vegetable and fresh fruits
