Suggest Treatment For Heart Fluttering And Low Heart Rate

My brother in law has been experiencing Afib and A Flutter. He is on a lot of new meds including cumadin and warfarin (sp?). His heart beat is 46 and his blood pressure is 111/60. Should he be concerned with the low heart rate? My sister is concerned but my brother in law says he feel fine, other than being extremely tired. Should they go to the ER?

hi
both A-FIB & A-flutter can cause irregular heart beat going to uncontrolled rates which can hamper the blood circulation to the brain or promotes in clot formation.
until he is on anti-coagulants not to worry
.
this heart rate and blood pressure are quite satisfactory.
you should worry if he complains of palpitations, or giddiness wherin there is a chance of starting him on beta-blockers or rate controlling drugs.

he not exert himself when he feels tired, but take rest for sometime.
all the best
take care
