Hi..I am suspecting listening problem for myself. I am unable to hear what people speak in low voice suddenly. Everytime, i need to ask for repeating which keep me embarassing. I sometimes, could not notice people calling me many times. Can you suggest the solution pls
Noted your history of reduced hearing wherein you have to ask people many times what they said. This is surely a hearing loss. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: First of all consult an ENT Surgeon for proper ENT examination to decide the cause, associated problems that might have caused this. Secondly Audiometry will help to confirm the clinical assessment and decide whether the problem is correctable by medicines or will need hearing aid or surgery. Once a proper diagnosis is done then the treatment is directed along with correct line so that you get the benefit of hearing. Get these as soon as possible as hearing normal is of utmost important in all ways.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
