Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted you have hearing problem....

You can consult nearby Ent specialist for further work up....

Your complete ENT examination has to be done....
Especially by rinne and Weber test...
This will help in differentiating conductive and sensorineuronal hearing loss....

Otoscopic ear examination done for rule out tear or perforation in tympanic membrane...
Impacted wax sometime also can be causative factor ....

And yes finally detail investigation by pure tone audiometry can be helpful...

According to cause treatment done....

Otosclerosis , menier disease also has to be ruled out.

So consult Ent specialist for it....
