Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Weakness And HSV

I have had headaches and a sinking felling with a lot of weakness. I was told by my doctor that I might have Meniers because I have the symtoms. I do have the HSV which I have had for over twenty years. I have been getting sick very easily and my system isn t fighting illness very well. I am really worried. I have been eating a healthy diet and taking vitamins to try to strengthen my immune system. What else can I do for my problem?

Hello,

Headache and weakness may be indicative of dehydration, low BP, low glucose level, electrolyte imbalance of the body. You should keep your vitals normal, keep your blood glucose level, BP normal at all cost. Take ORS and water to maintain body electrolyte system. Sodium and potassium depletion causes weakness. Since you have a history of Meniere's disease you are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT to detect any developing tinnitus or vertigo.

Get audiology test done to assess the degree of hearing loss. Get CBC, Hb%, urinalysis, etc done. If the reports are positive, you will be treated accordingly. For immunity you should take home made food rich in protein and minerals. Take vitamin B6, B12, vitamin E rich food or supplements. Aswagandha is also very good for immunity. Avoid addictions if any. Maintain healthy BMI. Stay away from stress and anxiety,

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
