Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Runny Nose

Hey my daughter (17) has a cold. Headache & stuff/runny nose. She took cold medicine with phenylephrine in it. Can she also take Pseudoephedrine? The other didn t seem to do much that we could tell. She has had 4 doses today (can take every 4 hours). What else would you recommend?

Would recommend over the counter allergy medications such as zyrtec, claritin, or allegra, they are anti-histamines and help with nasal stuffiness. Also for congestion, mucinex (in liquid or pill form) tends to help with thick mucus production.
