General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

With all your symptoms, it seems like a complex combination of general anxiety disorder, depressive neurosis and panic disorder. You are also having some illusion, delusion or hallucinations, which are indicative of some psychotic features. Hence in my opinion, you are advised to consult some psychiatrist and should be treated by him / her. In this case, apart from medicines, you may need psychological counselling and some behavior modification techniques etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
