Suggest Treatment For Headache While Having High Blood Pressure
I am a 65 year old female. Just several months ago doctor decided to put me on bp meds and started with Losartan 20 mg. My blood pressure stayed too high so she increased the dosage to 100 mg. once a day. I have had headaches every day and would prefer to try another drug. My bp is still around 150-160 over high 80 s. It has not gone done to an acceptable degree. Any thoughts? Thank You!

I really appreciate your concern, one can not treat the hypertension vigorously or try to bring the blood pressure at low level in few dosages, and as matter of fact your symptom of headache is not due to hypertension but it could be due something else, so no need to worry about blood pressure and continue the same drug prescribed hope this information and advise helps.
