Suggest Treatment For Headache, Watery Eyes, Cold Sensitivity And High Blood Pressure

I have had a headache for the past 3 days lasting about 1-3 hours, have watery eyes, feel cold, and my blood pressure is about 160/100. I am on metoprolol 25 mg a day and ramipril 5 milligrams a day. My blood pressure is usually fine on these medications. I am healthy otherwise. I took 2 aspirin but my headache is still there after about 2 hours. What do you think I should do?

you are hypertensive your blood pressure is not fine , with treatment it may be controlled but it is there . refraction should be done if error detected then it should be corrected. iot be measured and fundusexamination doe to exclude hypertensive retinopathy headache is related to hypertension.
