Suggest Treatment For Headache, Tiredness, Eye Pain, Nausea And Confusion

I ve had a headache for the past three weeks, it s on the left side of temple. I have eye pain, dizziness, nauseous, confusion, I forget things easily, feeling tired a lot. I ve been to the doctor five times and they still can t figure out what s wrong. Pain medicine doesn t help ease the pain.

Before i comment about your description of headache, I would like you to tell you few most common causes of headaches

1.Multivitamin/Mineral/Antioxidant deficiency
2.Vision related like as it could happen for presbyopes after 40 years of age or any Ametropic eye (abnormal refractive condition)
3.Stress or strain related.

Now by your description i suppose you come under the 1st cause for which you need a good dose of multivitamins, see that you get good amount of methylcobalamine 1000mcg in the multivitamin tablets along with vitamin C atleast for a period of one month which needs to be taken once daily.

Apart from which you need to consult an ophthalmologist to get your refration done along with near vision test.

there is still a lot about headache at the temple area asociated with eye pain.
