Suggest Treatment For Headache, Shortness Of Breath And Rapid Heart Rate

Hi, I woke up to a strong smell of burning plastic and I went to go check it out. When the smell got stronger I stayed and looked for it. I didn t find where the smell is coming from but now I have a headache, shortness of breath and a fast heart rate. What do I do?
