Suggest Treatment For Headache , Nausea And Dizziness

last two mornings i ve waken up for work and extreme tired. after being up for about 1/2 hour i get dizzy nausous break out in a sweat do into panic attach and hyper ventalate. I feel better one i m outside and getting air. i ve felt fine up until yesterday. as the feeling wears off i get a slight headache but still feel alittle foggy.

I have gone through the question and I feel that you have a panic attack. A panic attack can lead to headaches in some cases. I think that you need to see a Doctor.
