Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Stiff Neck After Head Injury

I fell and hit my head pretty hard on June 7th this year. Had bad headaches but they have gone a little bit but still come on sometimes. I get dizzy spells, and ringing in my left ear bad. I also having like stop think blank for a min, mostly right after getting dizzy. My shoulders and neck have been really stiff and tightening up.

You need to get ct brain done. Ringing in ears may be due to fracture . consult the neuro surgeon. Start the medicine as per advice. Don't take it lightly.
