Suggest Treatment For Headache And Short Term Memory Loss

Have a male friend who had a severe headache the other day. The same day he went with another employee somewhere and he does not remember going. He seems not able to to remember co-workers names at times. I think he may have had a mini stroke. I can t get him to go to the doctor. Any suggestions?
