While packing a closet I bumped my forehead on the doorframe, on my forehead at the hairline. A small knot formed, the size of a pinky nail. About 24 hours later I started having a very mild on again off again headache and random ear pain on the same side of my head. It has been over 48 hours now and the headaches are still very mild as well as ear pain and really only occur when I move my head. Is this related to bump on head or possibly sinus/stress related?
