Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness After Eating Cornflakes

I had tea and corn flakes at around 4 am in the morning (I haven t slept all night). After few minutes I started feeling uneasy and had problem in breathing. At the same time I vomited out the tea and cornflakes which I had earlier. Now my head is aching and I am feeling dizzy. Please help!
