Suggest Treatment For Headache And A Soft Lump On The Head

I fell off my 2nd story balcony and hit my head hard on a cement corner Sunday morning around 3:00 am I didn t get knocked out and I feel fine other than a small headache but I have a large knot with a soft indentation in it as the knot gets smaller the indentation seems to get bigger do I need to worry

I understand your concern and would explain that the changes you refer, seem to be related to changes to the soft tissues (fat tissue, skin, muscles), surrounding the skull and not the skull.

The fact that your have no other symptoms, indicates that nothing serious has happened to your brain.

Anyway, the trauma you have had is a severe one. That is why I recommend you to consult with the GP for a careful physical examination and a skull x ray, to exclude any possible lesions.

If your situation worsens in the days after (possible dizziness, limb numbness, headache, nausea, etc), you should perform a brain CT scan to exclude possible delayed intracranial hemorrhage.
