I understand your concern and would explain that the changes you refer, seem to be related to changes to the soft tissues (fat tissue, skin, muscles), surrounding the skull and not the skull. The fact that your have no other symptoms, indicates that nothing serious has happened to your brain. Anyway, the trauma you have had is a severe one. That is why I recommend you to consult with the GP for a careful physical examination and a skull x ray, to exclude any possible lesions. If your situation worsens in the days after (possible dizziness, limb numbness, headache, nausea, etc), you should perform a brain CT scan to exclude possible delayed intracranial hemorrhage.
