Suggest Treatment For Headache Along With Pain And Pressure In Eye

Chronic headache with abrupt onset 1 year ago, most recent s/s dilated left pupil and pinpoint right pupil. Had CT, MRI/MRA without/with all neg within last month. Last 2 days increased pressure with stabbing pain to left eye, not able to sleep more than 3 hours r/t pain, increased N/V and feel coordination is off when walking. Have appt with neuro-optho and neurologist in 10 days, do I need to go to ED or wait?

I really appreciate your concern, if the imaging study is negative then such headache may not be having any serious cause and you can wait for appointment instead of going to see ED, let the doctor examine the pupil and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
