Hi, I have been experiencing quite a bit of discomfort while passing stool. I only pass stool once a day and I have a clear bowel movement everyday. However, approximately 10 - 12 days ago, all of a sudden I had to apply extraordinary pressure to pass my stool and then there was blood. Since then I have been having it continuously. I have to apply extra pressure to get a bowel movement and I can see blood. The blood seems to be bright pink in colour. There are 1-2 drops that come before the stool and then some amount of stool has a streak of blood on it. I always ensure to take much fiber in my food alongwith fruits and drink lots of fluid, but its just not working. I also tried Rectogesic ointment, Uniroid suppositories and lactulose solution.

I am 34 years of age and have a healthy lifestyle.
