Suggest Treatment For Halitosis

chronic post nasal drip due to allergies that causes very bad halitosis. Determined this during a process of elimination. Tried everything, no cure. Is this an adrenal gland problem? Even if I cannot stop the allergy symptoms, how can I control the bacteria in order to eliminate the halitosis? This is something that many doctors do not understand how to treat.

hello, thanks for your query,foul breath could be from number of factors. as per you , post nasal drip could be due to sinusitis secondary to allergic rhinitis. sequence of sneezes,running nose, itching in ears, itching in roof of mouth, blackness under eyes are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. it is best prevented by not to expose to cold, dust, not to consume ice creams, fridge water, curd. best street ment is avamys( fluticasone ) nasal spray twice daily , tab. Montek- lc ( montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time . all the best. take care.
