Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall And Itchy Scalp

I m 19 years old and have recently experienced more hair falling out…when I comb it, run fingers through, and even see more hairs on my pillow. My scalp is also itchy, especially in the shower when wet. I seem to have little zitty spots on my head. My hair has thinned all over, and I used to have really thick hair. It is still growing quickly, but falling out. Since this started, I have also noticed when I scratch my arm I see hairs from there on my fingers. And my eyebrow hairs are falling out some, too! When I look closely my eyebrows are kind of crusty/flaky. I read about dermodex mites or demodicosis and it sounds kind of similar. What do you think? I want to stop itching and losing my hair!
