Afternoon, I have been diagnosed with grade 2 spondylothesis L5 S1 6 weeks ago. Should I still be experiencing pain? I am being seen by a physio but feel as though she isn t doing enough. Mainly heat pack to the area and given some specific exercises, only to be continually told it takes time . I have googled this condition and am looking for answers, which don t seem to be readily available. What is the prognosis as in time to heal, exercising to help relieve pain and prevent it.
