Suggest Treatment For Gout And Intermittent Pain

Hi.. I 22 years old. I am having gout problem since more than a month. My local doctor prescribed me some medicine, one is painkiller, one is for gout, and one is most probably calcium diet or such. my problem is, whenever I start feeling better and pain start reducing, all on a sudden, the pain increase. Suppose it is 4th day and I am feeling better. Then suddenly and 5th day I feel high pain again. Then, I realized, I do masturbation at 3rd or 4th day. So, can this bring back the gout pain? if not, then why it is happening? Why my gout is not curing? I have even start eating foods like Apple, milk, water etc. after researching on internet (although my doctor didn t say anything about food except he just told me not to eat red meat etc. Please guide me. Because if gout pain, I am at home for over a month, can t do anything properly. Doctor also told me to take bed rest as walking is hard for me. My uric acid was 7.4 or near (can remember exactly) before a month. Regards.
