Hello. Well I think that I have a GI problem. Not sure, but for about two years now my stomache makes random loud noises ALL THE TIME. And I have no idea what it is. But Im going to college and its a stressor for sure. Any ideas? Heard of this before?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Seems to be most likely indigestion from anxiety, stress, digestive enzyme deficiencies or else.

* Best guidelines to handle the same would be
- diet management to avoid excess fat, cholesterol till possible
- regular weight measurement with a control
- exercises and walking
- supportive care with antacid as ranitidine
- regular sound sleep of 7-8 hours
- avoidance of smoking or alcohol if consuming

* Consult your physician as per the requirement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
