Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Breathlessness

I woke up last night feeling as if I might have some gas pain...under my right rib cage and thru to my back. It was very uncomfortable. I have a history of PEs so I always fear that, but I wasn t having a shortness of breath, instead it felt as if something was catching when I tried to take a full breath. After a lot of rest it is a little better today, but still hurting. Any thoughts? I am not vomiting, not feverish or fatigued (any more than usual life fatigue). Thank you.

Thanks for your question.
I can understand your concern.
Since you do have a past history of PE it would be advisable to get a chest x ray done. As such kind of pain cannot be neglected or if x ray is normal it could just be simple muscular pain which will settle gradually.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
