i am 29 yrs female, i have gastric problem like when there used to be gaps between my meals its starts with headache and end with voimiting but now days i have observed there is no meal gap but sometime gas pressure is so high that it takes whole day to cure, there is continuous voimiting sessions, whenever i sip something or take some medicine it comes out within few minutes. i am unable to find the reason as no medicine get into my body till complete gas gone.
Many causes for bloating and gas problems. A most common cause is a food allergy, acute gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel problems etcetera. Observe in your food and note down the food that causes gastric problems. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Take tablet simethicone twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
